CNC OIL MIST FILTRATION

Just 10 minutes of filter maintenance per year—that’s all it takes! Our Mist Collectors are engineered for high-performance industrial mist collection, drawing air and mist through three efficient filters. First, our proprietary Tanis Coalescing Filter separates and removes mist and coolant, allowing the liquid to be drained and reused. Next, a 10-cell, 15-inch-deep, 95% industrial fiberglass bag filter captures additional unwanted materials. A charcoal filter in the mid-section eliminates unpleasant odors. For facilities requiring even more filtration, we offer a HEPA Filter and HEPA Filter Housing Assembly to catch the finest particles, perfect for advanced industrial mist collection needs.
